On 23 April 2026, we experienced a service disruption affecting customer and tenant logins across all regions on the Cymonz platform.
The incident occurred between 6:40 and 6:57 NZST (approximately 17 minutes). During this time, users were unable to log into the platform.
The issue was caused by a temporary service disruption with our downstream authentication provider, Auth0. Once their services stabilised, normal login operation resumed automatically. Auth0 has acknowledged the temporary ...
